Sean McEachern - Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant - Board Chair

Sean McEachern

Sean has more than 14 years’ experience in government relations, communications, project management, human management, and corporate and non-profit governance.

Sean currently works at Saskatchewan Polytechnic as the Manager of Governance, Privacy, and Insurance. He previously worked in Ukraine with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and prior to that as the Director of Policy and Communications at the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association.

Sean has participated on a number of boards including: Regina Airport Authority (three years as Chair - Audit and Finance and over two years as Board Chair), Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers (two years as President), University of Regina Board of Governors, University of Regina Alumni Association (two years as President), and the Air Cadet League of Saskatchewan. He currently serves as the Vice-President for the Ukrainian National Federation Regina Branch.

Sean has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina, a Certificate in Business Law for Contract Management from Mount Royal University, holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional and Institute of Corporate Directors designations.

He has also taken a variety of board-focused professional development courses including Board Oversight of Strategy, Board Oversight of Culture and Political Intelligence in the Boardroom.

Raman Mall - Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant - Board Chair

Raman Mall

Raman joined the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in April 2026.  He is an electrical engineer with 22 years of electric utility technical transmission, distribution, and generation system planning and capital project delivery experience. He has expertise in technical analysis, critical thinking, influence, collaboration, and business development. 

Raman has been the board chair of the Moose Jaw Soccer Association and is the founder of the Moose Jaw Ballers Basketball program.

He is currently Director of Transmission and Distribution Engineering at SaskPower, where he oversees a large team geographically dispersed throughout the province.

Raman received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004 and his Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists, P. Eng License in 2008.

He has also recently completed his master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership at the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business.

Jim Dundas

Jim Dundas

Jim was appointed to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in April, 2025.

Jim is an executive with 42 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He provided leadership to large-scale, complex capital projects and teams providing 7-24 operational support for mission critical systems in the telecommunication, healthcare and financial service sectors.   

Jim recently retired as the Chief Information Officer of SaskTel. He joined SaskTel during a period of transformation in which he lead teams to modernize its systems and infrastructure. Additionally, Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of SaskTel International.

Prior to joining SaskTel, Jim was Regional Vice President of CGI, where he had executive responsibility for all business operations in Saskatchewan.

Jim has a great deal of strategy and governance experience in both the private and public sectors. He has also worked with and on a number of boards.

Greg McIntyre

Greg McIntyre

Greg was appointed to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in April, 2025.

Greg brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, including over 13 years as a Commercial Banker. In that role, he managed the banking needs of some of the bank’s most valued clients across industries such as Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Commercial Real Estate. Today, as RBC’s Regional Manager of Interns, Greg leverages that experience to develop and deliver training programs that upskill the next generation of commercial bankers, with a focus on integrating technology and AI into the learning process.

Known for his financial acumen and strong community ties, Greg has made meaningful contributions to numerous boards and committees. As Chair of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, he developed a strong foundation in governance, particularly in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and change management. He is eager to apply these skills to support the long-term success of the Board.
