Patricia Warsaba, K.C. - Board Chair

Patricia became a member of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation Board of Directors in the spring of 2020.  She has been the Board Chair since 2024.

Patricia has retired as a partner with McKercher LLP in Regina. She brings a wealth of legal and corporate expertise to the board as an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer.

She is currently the Chair of the RCMP Heritage Centre. She is a former board member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce (past Chair), Creative Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians (SASTT), National Film Board of Canada, Regina Airport Authority (past Vice-Chair) and Inclusion Regina. She is also Saskatchewan Honorary Counsel for Iceland.

Patricia received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba in 1982, was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1983 and received a Queen's Counsel appointment in 2010. She was the recipient of the CBA Saskatchewan Community Service Award 2023 as well as a Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee Medal.
