Contract for Buffalo Pound Water Treatment plant renewal awarded to Graham-AECON

Part of the upgrades planned for the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant over the next three years, the renewed plant will see a combination of new construction — including a new administration building and lab, and renovations of existing portions of the plant.

“As the plant ages, it becomes more and more difficult for us to ensure that we’re able to continue delivering water of quality to our customers,” Johnson, the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation’s CEO, said Thursday. “This is why renewal is so very important.”
